By purchasing my commissions you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints)
For Commercial use, the price will probably double up or more
1. 2x Original Price > This price is for individual costumer. The commissioner can use the art on profitable medium or print it as a merchandise.

The commissioner can use the art on profitable medium or print it as a merchandise.Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.Client are not permitted, under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. - I'll send you the invoice to your paypal email so you can just pay from the invoice.Refund policy :
- You can get refund for 80% minus tax fee Paypal If I haven't start the sketch.
- If I already do the sketch, you can get a refund depend on how much I've work on it minus tax fee Paypal.
- I have the right to reject a commission without telling the reason.WORK TIME & ORDERING

- Worktime is about 14-30 days or more (depend on the commision type and your commission queue. I work in order, you can check yours on the 'Commission Status' page)
- I start sketching after you pay the commission (fullpayment).
- I hope NO DEADLINE and no rushing >__<REVISION & CORRECTION
- If i made a mistake on the character detail, please pin point it out, i'll revision it ^^
- I only provide revision twice and only for minor things (ex: color, pattern, size of accessories or weapon, etc). To prevent this, please make sure you tell me anything I need to know about your order especially when I'm still on sketching phase.
- I'll not accept a revision/change after i finished the commission and deliver it, unless you have paid for the additional fees.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
- I will send you the full resolution picture, but there'll be small signature of mine. And i'll send you the smaller size for you too to upload, like the one i upload at my gallery.As an Artist i hold every right to the artwork to :
- Publish my commission works in here or on my other site. (With your credit as the characters owner)
- Promote myself with the art.As (Personal Use) Commissioner you may :
- Upload / post the art at any other platform (non profitable medium) with proper credit to my page.
- Print the art or make any merchandise for your personal use, not for sale.
- Make the art to decor your deviantart page, profile picture, or any other personal account as long as you're not making profit for it.You are NOT ALLOWED to :
- Redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency. Please contact me for commercial use price.
- Change, modify the artwork without my permission.
- Claim the art as yours.
- Removing my watermark / credit, you can remove it if you pay the commercial use fee.Withholding the artist from posting the commission art may cost extra.
Commissioner must credit me at all times [kawaiimiu/littlemiudreams] for any commissioned artwork.If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts, etc).
Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
